Casa Performance and Rimini Lambretta Centres cover plate for the 6305 ball bearing on the drive side of the Lambretta LI, LIS, SX, TV (Series 2-3), GP, DL.
Based on the previously available cover plate of Martins Seven 7, the Casa Performance plate was designed. Instead of the normally used seal under the cover disc, an O-ring is used to seal the disc.

First, the oil seal (33-50-6) is placed in the bearing plate with the spring pointing towards the crankcase. Then the O-ring is fixed in the cover plate with a little grease.
Tighten the cover plate crosswise with the hexagon socket screws supplied using a torque wrench. The recommended tightening torque is 4.7 - 5.2 Nm. A tiny drop of (medium strength) screw lock can be used additionally.
