Lambretta Imola 186 Cylinder kit inc Head


Bore 64 mm, stroke 58 mm, Nicasil plated alloy cylinder.

Port timings: Exhaust 178°, transfer 125°, Inlet - reed valve, blow down timing 26,5°.

The porting layout of the Imola barrel is very close to the TS1 kits. The reed valves give a good and torquey ride over the complete rev range.

The exhaust and transfer sealing surfaces give room for some further tuning work.

Fitted with a revvy expansion chamber like te KRP2 or KRP4 it is possible to achieve top speeds around 120 km/h.

If you are out for some serious touring you should use a different exhaust. Well suited should be the PM28 or the MB Dev Tour.

Conclusion: TS1 for the small casings!
